He keeps his clients’ best interests at the forefront of all his negotiations, Daniel has an abundance of experience and knowledge whether your matter is in the litigation or negotiation phase of proceedings. This approach not only keeps the costs down but also ensures that both parties leave the process with a sense of achieving a fair and equitable resolution. Daniel actively advocates the need for each and every Canadian to have a Will along with a set of Power of Attorney. He is often quoted as saying “we work too hard, not to have a plan in place for where our hard earned money will go when our time comes…” He is passionate in representing his wills and estate clients. Daniel has conducted Wills and Estate seminars for major banks, and not for profit organizations and looks forward to continuing to provide these free seminars as they provide knowledge to our communities which will in turn help protect us all.
